Hilton Garden Inn Orlando at Seaworld

location- walk to Sea World, area around hotel- easy to get anywhere from International Drive, nice to have the drug store open late & gas station across the street. Fitness center clean- well equipped, pool area nice/towels available.

Pet friendly so sadly my room smelled heavily of dog, but otherwise had everything I needed with great staff.

Remote did not work- no shampoo- bedding seemed damp on both beds. Our room was never cleaned after 3 nights

It was convenient to the convention center and had a free shuttle

The TV didn't work and it took over 24 hours and three requests for it to be fixed

Updated, clean, can walk to SeaWorld, easy to get in and out. Great value for the price, I would stay here again.

$300 charge for urine smell on carpet that was already present in room.

Location.

The blinds did not go up, either of them, and one had holes in it, and let the light in. I told the desk and they did not care. There was sitting water in my bathtub when I got there, never even turned that water on.

The staff was so accommodating

When arrived at the hotel at night late I was definitely have to park at the back and therefore feel a security guard should be walking around especially a women coming home by herself

The location right across the street from Sea World is excellent! It is also close to both Disney and Universal Studios.

It could have been cleaner. Also, the water pressure wasn?t the best in the shower. Finally, the hotel couldn?t find my reservation. I?m not sure if that was their fault or Priceline?s fault, but in the end I was able to check in.

The worst Hilton hotel I have stayed in!!. Worms crawling in the room floor, with pictures to prove it. Worn down hotel with leaking bathroom. The pictures of the hotel are deceiving, broken pool, bad smell rooms and common areas, not worth the 3 stars.

Location across the street from Sea World and overall a great value

I was told my room would be ready between 1-2 pm. I returned at 4:15 pm and my room still wasn?t ready. The front desk employee didn?t seem concerned or willing to help. Check in is supposed to be 4 pm.

Horrible horrible front desk staff. I stayed all week and the last night there ?Hotel employee? refused to help me. I?ve honestly never been treated like this at any hotel. MUCH LESS A HILTON

Good location.

The hotel room was not very clean, especially the bathroom. Breakfast was not included and the room wasn?t worth the money. Overall disappointed with lack of quality for a Hilton hotel.

The room was clearly not cleaned! Crumbles, lego and a plastic pieces on tbe carpet.Towels had yellow stains/spots! There were long hairs on the bathtub walls.Manager notified and only change was providing a new towel. Room not cleaned.Long hairs stayed!

Location was in the middle of everything with convenient access to SeaWorld, the convention center, and I drive. there were good grab and go options available 24-7 in the lobby

This hotel is within walking distance from seaworld. They offer a breakfast buffet for $12 in the morning. The pool/hot tub area was a lot of fun.

Being that this is a seaworld resort, that includes a mass amount of children. Don¿t expect all parents to monitor their children. The pool did get a bit chaotic at times but overall a nice vacation.

They tried charging me for things I never authorized nor asked for, someone got ahold of my room number and charged random stuff to it. There were cockroaches in the room, I was very unpleased, breakfast was not complimentary and tasted subpar.
