The bed was very comfortable.

The sink and tub was clogged. The breakfast was not good.

Staff very helpful. Food good. Bed so comfortable. Towels were a little stiff. Could use new carpeting in hall ways. Really like the soap,shampoo, cream rinse in bottles with pumps.

Towels. Not soft. But clean.

Stayed here before and nice stay.

Morning breakfast was blah. Was not told about the $12 per day to park at their hotel. This was not case in past.

My room was very clean and the staff was on top of the daily cleaning and made sure we had sufficient towels and toiletries.

Breakfast could have been alittle better. It was nice to be able to grab something before heading out for our day.

Breakfast was decent and the new towel everyday. They had body wash, shampoo, hand soap, conditioner, and lotion.

Onsite Parking is now for nominal fee. There are a ton of hotel in the area with free parking. Will book with other hotel before I pay parking.

It was clean, the room was nice, it had a pool (although I was too tired to use it), and it had a great continental breakfast.

The sign at the entrance on International Drive should be more prominent.

Liked the breakfast, cleanliness of room.

Thr handle to the shower was on wrong so it took us some time to figure out how to get the water adjusted. Could have used another waste paper basket outside of the bathroom.

Why are they charging $12 to park if you are a hotel guest? When I asked when did they start doing that? The front desk replied the 13th of May. Like what? That is ridiculously expensive to park there if you are a hotel guest.

La limpieza excelente. Los productos que provee el hotel para higiene personal fueron de excelente calidad. El hotel est� bien cerca de Universal, Icon Park, restaurantes y tiendas. Los empleados muy amables y el ambiente del hotel muy agradable.

The beds were amazing!!! we had a 2 bed king suite it overlooked the Disney area, we even got to watch the fireworks at 9 pm

Size, accommodations, professional and welcoming staff, decor location.

Breakfast was excellent, bacon , eggs fruit, biscuits and gravy

Rooms were clean and location made easy access to freeways. Parking was included in hotel stay and plenty of spots available.

Elevators were a problem the entire stay. One was not working and the other one was struggling took the stairs most days. Ice machines only on even floors so had to go up or down to get ice. Breakfast ran out of food daily and were not quick to replenish.
