The fact that this hotel is clean and allows pets without only having “certain rooms” for people that are pets and the young lady’s at the desk are extremely friendly and happy which was extremely refreshing.

Ok so breakfast eggs were extremely watery. Blueberry, banana, ect muffins would have been nice touch but it was ok.

The breakfast was good.

The first room given smelled of mold and mildew. The second room the air conditioning sounded like a jet airplane. It also vibrated causing a rattling noise the entire time it was functioning.

Hard to choose! Staff! Updated room very nice!

Would recommend weekly mold checks in showers, helping to stay on top of it. Taller toilets would be helpful, finishing the updating efforts well.

One of the best hotels at an airport. They have 24 hour shuttle service and most hotels do not. Important when you have a 6am flight as they are 8-12 minutes to the gate. We scheduled a 4am shuttle and it was waiting at 3:55am for us.

Great customer service, friendly and welcoming staff. The room was wonderful and comfortable. The noon check out time was a plus bc we were traveling with my elderly mother and this allowed her enough time to not be rushed.

The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, the soaps came in large pump bottles. The room had a large desk with a sitting area. The TV was in the middle of the room but it pivoted to either side. The breakfast was good. Very clean.

One of the pump bottles in the shower did not work, but I had my own supplies.

I really like everything in the hotel, especially the guest service itÂ¿s was amazing. The shutter buss was friendly, breakfast was fantastic and healthy.I really recommend this hotel .

The only thing I didnÂ¿t like was that my day went to fast.

Not enough garbage pails in order to keep things neat - it would be optimal for the hotel to place a couple more so their housekeeping does not need to pick up after guests upon departure
