- A $750 hold was placed on credit card. Told me it was for incidental but a second $100 was also placed. Like what was the need for 2 separate hold amounts.
- Two things: 1) I had to call in twice waiting or 20 minutes each time to inform the receptionist that I was arriving at 1 AM. He basically told me he was too busy to help me. I?ve never had that happen at any hotel. 2) most of the hotel has a musky smell
- There was nothing I did not like about the hotel, maybe just the self parking fee of $12 was a little silly.

Beautiful hotel, staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and bedding & pillows were very lux and comfortable. The restaurant on property was incredible!!

I have come 2 times before this trip and was delighted. Everything was super. I was embarrassed in front of the person I was travelling with because I had raved so much about it., Definitely not worth the cost on this last stay! May have to look elsewhere
It took 2 days for someone to take our room service dishes away and that was only because we called about it. No one was at the front desk when we arrived. No ironing board available.
The breakfast was amazing. Perfect proportions and the service was excellent.
