Very clean, staff was very friendly.

A larger selection for breakfast would be nice. When you stay multiple days it seems you are having the same breakfast every day.

Hospitality make me feel welcome super clean and convenient in distance to the airport restaurant and stores they also provide shuttle to the airport and restaurant and stores around within 2.0 miles. The breakfast is good too!

They don't provide wheelchair, I hurt my knee during my flight and couldn't walk without assistance but I let the front desk if they can accommodate me in the 1st fl. to make it little bit easy for me. And they didn't hesitate helping me out!

The air in the room could’ve been a tad cooler for my husband.

When calling from the airport for shuttle bus, there was no answer. We ended up catching an Uber

Having a small kitchen with a sink, microwave, coffee maker, dish washer, refrigerator, and plates/utensils. The pullout work table was helpful in setting up the most comfortable work space. Also liked the curtain between the work space and sleeping area.

The employees were not friendly on the phone and in person. The shuttle location was difficult to find at the airport. The wait was long. The breakfast was skimpy. We did not choose to eat any of the offerings. The towels were rough.

The room was excellent. We slept 4 adults and 2 kids and 1 baby with no problem or additional cost. Full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Full breakfast for everyone that was delicious. Highly recommend

Bathroom and carpet area needed to be cleaner. Shower showed mold on the grout. And after walking on the carpet socks were black.

I liked the proximity to the airport, the spacious suite, the hot breakfast selections, and the reasonable price.

Upon check in, we got their early, the front desk staff was more than accommodating and offered snacks to our small child. Then we were allowed to check in 2 hours early!

Easy to get to and about a mile from Orlando airport....so it was easy to get there after a late flight. Shuttle driver from the hotel was super nice and had to drop us at two different terminals and he had a great attitude.

Room sizes were great.

Cleanliness details with the small things. i.e. grout mould in shower. Dust and dirt under furniture and in corners.

Free shuttle to and from airport and to local restaurants within 2 miles. Drop off pick you back up no charge. Tip the driver. Go Port pick up and drop off available for Port.

Sign in desk people was so friendly & nice. The room was equipped with everything you need. Very clean. Enjoyed it.

Hotel is in a great location, lots of restaurants and shopping near by but hotel is on a side street not busy and hotel is quiet. Breakfast was great with many choices. Water filter on ice machine. Plenty of parking. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room was clean but bathroom had some Baird clippings left near sink area from previous guest. Some corners of room look to not have been vacuumed properly. Planes landing at airport a little loud but not terrible. Overall I would stay here again.

It was new and very clean. Breakfast was good. Room had lots of storage and very roomy

Pool was out of service. We stayed because we couldn't get home after a cruise. Flights were delayed.
