Home2 Suites by Hilton Orlando Near Universal

Location, free parking and breakfast. Dishes in unit. All day coffee. Loved the gourmet coffee.

Did not like the door to the bathroom. Also wish the extra bedding for the pull out bed came with a thermal or thicker blanket.

Very helpful staff. Staff did a great job when we needed assistance decent size room, clean. Complimentary breakfast has more than your typical cereal options

The front desk manager, was so sweet & helpful. She obviously loves what she does and clearly wants your experience to be the best. We've stayed a lot of places (esp in Orlando) and we will def be back here.

Room size

Not pet friendly and incorrect check out times listed. Very small parking lot. Only two entrances to hotel.

Clean rooms and great breakfast. Free parking and friendly staff

Nothing, I liked everything.

location is decent to universal

room smelled terribly of mold/mildew just a very uncomftorable feeling and smell. very unhelpful staff at check in, did not show us where our room would be located nor the universal shuttle schedule. carpet flooding on the 5th floor. choose another hotel

Clean! Quiet! Easy access to I-4. Comfortable room design! A walk-in shower!!! Friendly staff (except for the one attendant at check-in).

A housekeeping supervisor knocked on my room's door at 10:20am even though checkout was not until 11:00am. That seemed rather unnecessary and like a rude "time-to-go!"

The front desk personnel were awesome, helpful, attentive and very friendly! We really loved this hotel, the room, the breakfast was delicious too!

Location of Television

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The bed pillows were not good. They were very flat and lacked support or fluff. Bed linens were ripped. Complimentary breakfast was subpar. Some food like the eggs and hash browns had weird textures while some meats and bakery items were dry.

It was very clean with great staff, a complimentary shuttle & good variety with breakfast.

Big and comfortable rooms, small kitchen is great plus. Very well located. Friendly staff. Pet Friendly.

Very clean, loved the kitchen, very quiet, close to shopping, free parking and not far from the airport.

Front staff at both check-in and check out were very friendly and helpful. Room was huge, bed was extremely comfortable after walking miles at a trade show.

The location was convenient. The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel was very quiet.

the room was nice and big the price was great as well the location was the best!!

it was a dirty dish left in the dishwasher and the sliding door to the bathroom keep getting stuck

Staff was constantly cleaning areas, surfaces, elevators, and pool. Pool was small but relaxing.

The breakfast was not great and both days that I stayed they ran out of sausage before I could get any.

Staff were very professional and kind. I enjoyed my stay. The location to Universal was excellent!

Nothing bad about this hotel.

Great Location, breakfast, and Staff. Lee was very professional and kind.

Nothing was bad about this hotel.

It's around the corner from universal studios and it has free breakfast. Love the waffle makers.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet!
