Location, love the sky bar and the views.

We were giving a handicap room without having a person alwith disabilities so I think the layout was a little different than most standard rooms.

Location to Kia Center

Sky Lounge was not managed well. Couldn't get in after our concert. Ice machines were non-working on most floors. Valet was full by the time we arrived at 3 pm. They don't seem prepared for events at Kia Center. Room is odd and coffee not stocked

No, one showed up to clean the room. After a whole day out the beds were not made and no towels.

The rooms are EXTREMELY small tor a family of 4 (including 2 teenage boys).

The staff were the best part about the hotel not only were they accommodating but provided best class service similar to the hospitality industry in France

They call it business, I call it chickenshit.

Policy. Wouldn't switch to next night and they had vacancies up until 11 pm.

Beautiful lobby and rooms. Very clean and comfortable bed. Across the street from Kia Center. Stayed here for a concert for one night and loved it. Will be back. The food at the restaurant was good, and great atmosphere. The front desk young man and the valet guys were very nice, the rest of the staff not so much.

Some of the staff were not very nice. Seemed as if they hated to be there.

Everybody was nice and friendly at first. At the end is where it went haywire.

I was extremely uncomfortable with the way I was racially profiled during checkout. Despite already seeing me the previous day checking in with other valet attendants—who were also Black—the attendant asked for my ticket. After I showed it to him, he then asked for my ID. I reminded him that he had already seen me check in the day before, but he ignored that and stated, “This is an expensive vehicle.”I asked him, out of frustration and confusion, what he meant by that comment. He then proceeded to follow me to the vehicle while still holding my keys, which escalated the situation and made me feel targeted and aggravated. I want to note that I’ve stayed at this location multiple times in the past and have never experienced this type of treatment.At that point, I took my keys back and told him to step away, as his behavior felt like clear profiling based on the fact that I am a person of color. I had already shown him my valet ticket on my phone, and I also have an app that allows me to unlock the vehicle.I immediately spoke with an agent and requested a manager. As of now, I have not received a call back. I am still shocked by the incident and intend to escalate this matter further. I have not yet obtained the attendant’s name, but I am actively following up.

I love the location and the cleanliness of the place. Most staff were nice and helpful.
