Terrible service,we stayed there for almost 3 weeks. Room wasn't vacuumed even once. Terrible service. Parking charge even though plenty of parking everywhere and n Not close to anything . Breakfast was a total joke. Worst we ever had.

Breakfast was very repetitive and didn?t seem to offer breakfast meats. When i asked they said they don?t have it today and then while picking up my food was asked discretely if I wanted eg. bacon or sausage. This happened on a few of my mornings.

Excellent room with all what i need ,kitchen ,comfy bed and sofa bed. Really clean and excellent breakfast included.

The room was clean and modern, with great features like a couch, full kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, and plenty of desk space. Front desk staff was very friendly. Hotel is close to SeaWorld and has views of the park from some rooms.

Front desk never answered my calls from the room phone despite multiple attempts at different times, probably due to being short-staffed. Hot chocolate machine was out of order or set up incorrectly.

The fan in the bathroom runs continuously and can't be stopped. It's quite noisy in some rooms but ok in others. The air conditions in some rooms have the issue of can't be stopped completely. The complementary breakfast is mediocre maybe due to Covid

Room was modern and nicely decorated. It was fairly clean (there are spots that need attention) but also the hotel is relatively new so cleanliness is sort of inherent. The property is shared with the Aloft hotel which has a lounge area and pool table.

The "included breakfast" was a sham. They give out a bag w/small apple, granola bar, and Jimmy Dean sandwich. They should advertise what you're getting or at least tell you in advance, as many people don't eat sausage, so that food is just going to waste.

The room was very spacious, clean, complete with stove, dishwasher, eating and cooking supplies, modern look, very comfortable beds, linen, pillows, newest technology tv, front desk personnel very attentive, beautiful hotel, deserves more stars!

It¿s clean, chic, has great amenities, and is affordable.

It sits back off of the road so you can easily pass it if not paying attention.

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, THE ROOM, THE BBQ PIT AND SUPPORT WE GOT TO MAKE A GREAT MEAL BY THE POOL, BUT MOSTLY IT'S THE OUTSTANDING STAFF!! SECOND TIME BOOKING HERE, WILL CONTINUE COMING TO ONLY THIS HOTEL WHEN IN ORLANDO!

NOPE, IT WAY WAY WAY WAY WAY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS TWICE NOW, ONCE IN OCT 2021, AND BACK IN AUGUST 2021.

unadvertised parking fee that was told to me upon check in. There is nothing special about the hotel and frankly, 8 dollars per day for an unsecured open lot is crazy.

Impecable cleaning, free breakfast (hot breakfast), they have coffee machine with Expresso Coffee and love it.

My rooms air conditioner didn¿t worked on the second day, I just notified it and in less than ten minutes a very friendly engineering dept guy came and checked and troubleshoot the system, as it will take long time to fix it they moved us to another room.

No. It is very clean and they have security.

The new Element Orlando has lots of great features. Spacious rooms and bathrooms, clean facilities, wonderful staff,and a made to order breakfast special included. Loved our two night stay. This is the first place I will check when I come to Orlando.
