- The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the bartender was completely inexperienced.

- Hotel staff is so nice and welcoming.
Cons -
- The fitted sheets did not fit the bed mattress. To small. They kept coming undone. Also, the mattress kept slipping forward off of its platform. There was no regular coffee on arrival. No daily maid service. The shower soap was empty.
- parking charge unadvertised! Buyer beware!
- A guests car alarm was going off every morning right in front of the hotel. Construction across the street starts at 7am and loud. It was hard to sleep at all.
