Location is in a nice area

The girl at the front desk forgot to tell me there was free breakfast this month. You have to pay for parking. It?s in Orlando where people come with kids but doesn?t have a tub in the bathroom.

The free breakfast but it was only a promotion for the month.

The gym temp was set hot, the room was musty, u pay for parking even though the area is empty, the room has no storage, the tv didn?t work.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. However, the bartender was completely inexperienced.

The fitted sheets did not fit the bed mattress. To small. They kept coming undone. Also, the mattress kept slipping forward off of its platform. There was no regular coffee on arrival. No daily maid service. The shower soap was empty.

Hotel staff is so nice and welcoming.

A guests car alarm was going off every morning right in front of the hotel. Construction across the street starts at 7am and loud. It was hard to sleep at all.

The staff were welcoming and respectful. Family friendly and clean.

having to pay for parking, bad. The room did not have a clothes iron and it did not have a hair dryer. The bathtub was dirty with hair. the hotel hallways are very dirty.

Very dirty and parking is way to much

I loved the beds and pillows. They were so comfortable. The shower was luxurious! I loved the artistic decor. The blackout curtains were awesome. The late checkout of noon was extremely helpful.

I wish I could give a bad review so this hidden gem stays perfect but we had an amazing time here. The property is next to new the rooms were amazing love the design and layout and hotel was not super packed and waking distance to many restaurants!!

Hot water just took a few minutes to get hot but no worries

Unique place. Kids loved the games and pool table.

The room did not have much privacy.

I like the fact that the rooms are very new, and fresh felling and I love the bar down stairs.

I wish the car parking lot was better lit and security cameras.

Location to my conference

No covered parking & hotel charged $12 per night to park in their outdoor parking lot. Maid service picked up used towels & wash cloths, but did not make the bed or change sheets from my first night's stay. Staff never welcomed or thanked me for my stay

Lobby, bar and pool area great! Room was very cool.

Only had a couple towels and requested more. They didn't deliver them.

Location not enough soap (bars) and clean towels Darkness and lack of lighting

Clean, newer hotel. Friendly, courteous staff. Close to everything, convenient location
