Hyatt House Orlando International Drive

The location, smile off the staff , size of the room and everything was very clean

Clean, quiet and great price!!!

Location, breakfast.

Smell of the rooms. The staff seemed agitated. Walls were thin and I could hear the conversation next door to me. They weren’t yelling just having a normal conversation.

It was very clean! The best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had! Slept like a baby on a comfortable bed and loved the decor! They had a security officer. Too!The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The property look like a mini apartment and had the Fridge and microwaves . The workers were very nice

Nothing only stay their for the day .

Front desk was amazing! We arrived a little early but tney were very accommodating and our room was already available. She went over all the amenities beforehand and we were excited about our stay.

It satisfied my need for proximity to the Convention Center and was within company cost allowance.

AC is very loud and not accurate

The property was great. Booking is the one I have problems with.

Clean and pleasant. Booking on the other hand haas a terrible customer service policy. I lost $500 on flights tickets. I had put that in because You can’t get a live person to talk to.

It was central to everything, very clean, big rooms. Excellent customer service!

I liked everything

Everything was beautiful and clean. Beautiful large rooms. Perfectly placed within Orlando’s attractions where everything is close by. This is the only hotel we want to stay in when we visit. Staff is also really great!!!

No complaints at all

The property was very nice, and very clean and well located.

We were in town for a football game. We have stayed in hotels in many places and not once, have we ever been told when asked in advance “ there is no late check out available” we requested in advance and then the day of check out we called to inquire if we can check out late, and were told no.

Everything was great! Very nice stay and great location for Epic Universe. Front desk staff was excellent. I wish I would have gotten the very nice woman who checked us in. Very accommodating!

If I had to pick something, the bathroom had no places to hang towels anywhere. Odd.

Great location to the venue I was going to.

The location and we got a very large room. It was nice. We had a full living room, a full kitchen and a separate bedroom and a separate bathroom.

It was exceptional and beyond our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, spotless, and the staff is friendly and helpful. One of the reasons we chose the hotel was proximity to universal and we wanted everyone to enjoy the stay and be comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was another bonus. We booked the two bedroom suite, each bedroom had it's own bathroom, very large kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Very large and comfortable living room area as well. There are only two complaints about the room - the air conditioner in the queen size room was very loud and water pressure could have been better. Breakfast was excellent, and it changed daily. The one complaint about breakfast was the French toast sticks. They were inedible but everything else was delicious. The breakfast staff was wonderful and attentive. Will definitely stay again.

Air conditioner in the queen size bedroom of the suite was extremely loud, low water pressure.

The property is on international Dr, close shops and parks. I love the proximity to all the things I wanted to do. Excellent breakfast and staff are amazing.

Nothing really.

room was very largeit was quiet even though it was super busystaff was friendly and helpfulvery cleannice furnishingssuch a great stay for an incredible price

Good breakfast, clean rooms, very good structure for family trips (microwave oven, big fridge, utensils, etc). I had a very pleasant stay and would stay there again to be close do Epic Universal Park.

They ran out of cream cheese for a couple of days and were not able to restock it, even though I specifically requested this to two different employees (one in the breakfast and another in the reception desk). This may be considered nit-picking, but it rose issues about planning.

Good buffet breakfast served even after posted 9 am closing time. Sausage, scramgbled eggs, hash browns fresh fruits and juices, etc. etc. .

Very few restaurants nearby.

Good location and clean inside Breakfast is fine for this money

In our room was very loud AC

I liked the configuration of the room, 2 en-suite bedrooms.

The showers in the bedrooms, full of mold and mildew, which was shocking for a fairly new property.
