The pool, many electrical outlets/extension cords, the helpfulness of the phone/text and in-person staff, and the easy-use laundry room.

My keycard was deactivated twice, the breakfast was all carbs, and the hallways could've smelled fresher.

I booked the place for my girlfriend stay over the weekend. She ended up staying somewhere else. The place had a very strong smell of marijuana all over, and the person who was in the room with her did not even acknowledge her presence

I do no recommend this place and I would like a full refund since my girlfriend did not stay there

Location was good

Difficult to find, super expensive and very uncomfortable beds. No curtains, could barely fit in the bed, and dirty bathroom.

The location of the hotel is far from the beaches and tourist resorts like winter street. The breakfast is only open between 6:30 to 9:30 am. They save millions! Check in early is not allowed and the check in time may be delayed because the they lack cleaning women. The corridor of the hotel D Block has a strong sense of tobacco. The room inside is not clean enough. You can find a large scare of mold on the wall.

Breakfast was very good and I enjoyed the waffle maker Coffee was very good

I liked it as it looks like they are improving the property…otherwise it is tired and old bathrooms but clean

Just the location is convinient for universal theme parks

The smell of the corrider is awful, the card key always stop working and when I was arriving late tired after a whole day walking make all the way back to reception to get a new one it was annoying and also the staff was a little bit cranky. In the dorm there’s like no set rules, people was esting at midnight, being loud, talking, watching videos and even praying at 1am, it was nonsense

The hallway carpets have a musty smell. It is filthy and needs to be removed.

The outside area with the pool is nice to relax.

The roommates don’t have education to shearing the room. One of the lady locked the entrance door and I had to return to front door two times to asked a help to the front desk man. The other lady don’t respect the silence, after 11:00pm she slapped the entrance door many times disturbing me when I was trying to sleep. This problem isn’t responsibility for the hotel. It was the first time that I had problems with shearing bedroom with people in hostel.
