Hyatt House across from Universal Orlando Resort

Loved the hotel--Nice, clean & safe! Staff was very professional, friendly & helpful!

Our room (King Bed) was a bit of a disappointment, compared with mini Suite that we booked for our daughter's family. And yet the price was very close to the same?? Our Bed was not at all comfortable & what's with the dead pillows? :o(

The Suite Room that we booked was awesome! Perfect layout & felt like we were on a wonderful 2 day Vacay!

Weather is not their fault, but it was chilly when we were there 'Would have been nice to have a hot tub!

The location / proximity to Universal.

1) Front desk (male) not welcoming. 2) A custodian a)Commented we likely couldn't pull out the sofa because we're girls (sexist) and b) promised to bring us a comforter for the sofa bed and never did. 3) Front desk stingy with given blanket AND comforte

The professional front desk staff and the cleanliness of the hotel and room. The breakfast was good but the hot items were cold.

You have to pay for parking, $15 per day and they do not honor any senior citizen discounts such as AARP.

Everyone was very friendly and the location is great!

The hotel is more a 4 than a 5 star. They also charged us $67 for ammenities fee which was not mentioned during check in.

Everything except shuttle return times. Otherwise, the Location, size of room, breakfast/bar area, pool was great. You won¿t be disappointed.

Shuttle times.

Excellent from beginning to end. Fresh layout in the room. Updated design, fully furnished kitchen, comfortable bed, 3 big screen TV¿s.

I love that it was a whole apartment with a fridge and an area to prepare food and extra seating and everything. It was great!!

Lil expensive, but you get what you pay for! It was a great hotel.

The breakfast was perfect Check in was quick an easy and every time we felt welcomed. The front desk stuff were helpful, amazing and professional. The manager greeted us every morning when we walk by. The pool is 24H and clean. The suit was big .

Absolutely not

Room size and set-up. Near universal with easy access away from the congestion.

Very safe with Covid procedures and the satff was very nice ..The one bedroom deluxe suite was amazing and Very Quite.

No I loved this place ..I will be back

Full kitchen, plenty of room, breakfast

Cleanness very roomy. And right across from shops and Universal Studios

Did not like the selection of breakfast but that was only due to the minimum selection they had because of COVID

Clean, modern, convenient

Great room size and kitchen for 1- 5 ppl. Pool was nice. Location was near outlets, family fun activities, and across the street from Universal studios:-)

Location and bar.

I did not get the keys to my room until after midnight because I was put on a wait due to understaffed housekeepers.

Very close to Universal Studios

Hotel staff found out that it was my birthday and gave me a little gift. So thoughtful!

Water in bathroom sink took a long time to get warm

Location and staff were amazing!
