Looked like a homeless encampment. Pulled in at night and people all over the very dark parking lot. Checked in and noticed bugs in my room. So bad I just left and booked at a Sheraton. Didn¿t even care about the loss of money, it was that bad. Never sta

Hot water, location, refrigerator, stove, and microwave in room.

The second shift staff was horrendous. Rude, coarse, and dismissive in his interactions. They had no toilet paper, no liners for trash cans, and the elevator was atrocious.

hotel was nice and clean and microwave and refrigerator was brand new

staff nock of the door only for check if everything is working good, I'll guess if a tenant have a complain about anything is not working we call the lobby to send someone and fix it

Booked 3 nights - 2 beds. 1st night only single bed available, no room available Sat or Sun. Staff laughed about your confirmation number and had to demand a printout for credit for 2 of the nights.

Location was convenient.

Roaches infested. Complicated doors that never worked with the keys. Uncomfortable beds.

First thing I saw when I entered the room was a roach coming out of the kitchen sink! No one there to complain to about the situation looks like transient hotel for ---- plus dollars a night!!? I feet taken advantage of.

The room has a children¿s bed in there it was an uncomfortable feeling the people played music very loud from sunrise to sunrise never turned it off partied the entire weekend very disrespectful went to the desk no one was there hardly anyone at the desk

I book a room here online they say they was out or room the guy that was at the desk was very role and I was from out or town visiting my family had to ride 1 hours to find another hotel sad rate them 0

I booked the room for my sister with my card. I called before I did to see if that would be okay because she didn't have a credit card on debit. I booked it in her name and she had her Id's. She travel all the way from Huntersville and was denied a room.

My sister was denied check in I will never book there again. After I called the hotel before I booked it they lied to me. My sister didn't have a credit card so I booked it with my card. I was told as long as she had her I'd they would just bill my card.

There was no shampoo or conditioner in bathroom one little soap when I asked clerk she said she didn''t have any. I wantt a credit or my money back

The price.

Everything else. Beds were the worst that I have ever slept on. Cigarette smoke reeks in all rooms and commons areas. Staff does not care a bit about their job or the customers, for that matter. A man pee'd under our door in to our room.

Room 201 filled with cigarette smell therefore I didn’t sleep well My daughter’s room 214 one of the occupants stood at their door and urinated and it ran under their door. Lousy experience will never stay again.

No tv remote front desk couldn't fix after 3 different remotes gave up

Set up as kitchen it felt like I was at home

I didn't like because it says free Wi-Fi but it really wasn't it was on a free Wi-Fi for one device and it clearly says in the booking.com free Wi-Fi but after that first device was hooked you have to pay $10 for additional night

The size of the room was good.

The bed was not comfortable, the room was old and out dated. The room was not very clean, I saw 2 roches.

The property was kept up nice and tightly, although I was upset that the spa was not there nor was it a pool

I didn’t like that it didn’t have a pool and the stairwell smell like dog urine

The room was clean and I didn’t see any cockroaches.

It is very loud here. You have traffic off the main road and you have the train. The worst noise came from the people staying here, slamming doors, people wandering the hallways playing music in their phones, crack whores yelling, people pulling into the parking lot in the middle of the night with their music playing loud. You have people wandering the parking lot non-stop, prostitution is going on, people passed out in their cars in the parking lot with music playing loudly. This place is a decent building but the constant noise was enough to ruin a dead man’s sleep. Oh and the $200 non refundable pet deposit is ludicrous.
