Room Floor very dirty. Shower door hinges moldy

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay in this fairly new hotel. The coffee was good 24/7 and the small shop very nice. The price also spoke to me.

Everything was great except their bfast patties lol. Throw on some salsa and you're good.

I liked the big lobby with various things to do and the friendliness of the staff when I would return each day.

Sometimes people at the bar got really loud and annoying in the evenings. Also I would have loved hot chocolate packets at the coffee/tea station for the kids.

They tried to address my concerns.

There was mold on my shower head and I didn?t notice until after my shower.

Close to Seaworld and Aquatica parks, clean and organized hotel, great breakfast, large room, comfortable bed. Keep it up. Thank God, the first hotel that DOESN'T HAVE INSECTS.

Hot breakfast only included eggs, pancakes, and turkey sausage. Same thing every day.

Mostly everything, that location was great, staff was extremely friendly, price was great for the quality of hotel that was provided.

The hot portion of the breakfast could have been a little better, but it was included, so I am not complaining!

The hotel was good. The room was nice. We liked the layout.

The hotel charges $15 to park in their lot. Not patrolled, nor covered. Because it¿s Orlando, even though we weren¿t close to a park. This needs to be made clear to customers.

Clean, organized, friendly

The location was great. We could walk to Sea World, which was the reason for choosing that area. The bar in the lobby had daily happy hour. The pool was surprisingly nice.

Coffee was available 24 hours in the lobby, but I prefer an in room coffee maker.

The bed

when I checked in, I came up to my room and the mattress was against the wall with a fan facing it. I had to go back downstairs and be given another room go back to my car with a parking pass after they asked if a man was staying with me no explanation

The hotel it¿s very well located, easy access to freeway and relatively close to most of parks. Nice views from the 8th floor. Great pool. Clean and cozy. Coffee and hot water for tea 24/7. Definitely the place you need for meeting the parks

The hotel charges a parking fee -about $20- every night, with plenty of space for parking there. There is a strong smell of chloride or a similar product for cleaning, maybe too much.

Very welcoming and alot of fun stuff to do.

The tile on the sides of the pool need some grout. My kid and another kid cut their foot on it..
