We enjoyed the balcony and how open the lay out was.

The towels were rough and cheap The kind that feel like they scrape your skin when you dry off.. The pillows were flat and not comfortable to sleep on. I had stacked my pillows and yet still felt i was sleeping on the mattress

The amenities at the hotel and the closeness to everything.

Breakfast was poorly kept. Little food left at 8:00.

I was surprised with how nice the 1 bedroom apartment was for the price I paid, it was very nice!! I was in Orlando for work but felt like I was on vacation when I was in my room at the hotel. I would highly recommend staying here for a family or couple!!

The hotel was right off the highway, clean and spacious. The area was also beautiful and everything I needed was either at the hotel or within a short distance.

Location, friendly staff and atmosphere were all a 10.

I didn¿t care for the room or location of the room. It was on the ground floor and I could smell whatever they were cooking in the marketplace. Also it was meant for a handicapped individual and I wasn¿t comfortable with the bathroom.

Very Clean rooms/suites. Everything in the kitchen that you needed. There were signs informing quests about snakes and gators maybe around or in the water.

You have to stay 5 or more days to get housekeeping to come into your room.

This hotel was nicer, much less crowded and more comfortable than the more expensive hotels you will find in the Orlando area. Great job to the staff at this location.

The room was clean, nothing else.

No air in our building, hallways an elevator. I am temporarily disabled and have severe asthma. Missing sheets and pillow on pull out bed, cold pool and staff and manager was of no help. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone.

Loved our experience at this property! Our room (Bldg 1,10th floor) was awesome...like having our own 1 bedroom condo. nice big balcony, see the Disney fireworks every night was a plus!! would definitely book again.

powder creamer should be replaced with liquid and please include hot tea in the rooms.

The amenities were nice but the view from the balcony was spectacular. We could see Hollywood Studios, Epcot and Magic Kingdom from our balcony as well as other I-4 attractions. Very nice. Check in was quick and easy and all of the staff were friendly.

The push to take a timeshare tour is there, but if you ask them to stop they will which was appreciated.

The traffic going in and out was dangerous. Understand there was a food drive but the police could have did a better job

Terrible front desk. Terrible staff. Be sure to get the invoice printed, otherwise it’s going to be a headache.

Bed was too hard for me,pillow was like a rock, but these are just my personal opinions. However,the wake up calls for the next morning did not happen, and the a/c was very very loud.

Nice resort. restaurant on site. Nice pools. Staff was very friendly. Need a car no stores close by.

Hotel was fine for our 4 day stay. We stayed in a king suite.
