Pros +
- Staff was very accommodating, friendly, and check in was quick. Very nice facility.
- Room was okay
- Location?- evacuated during hurricane Helene because we are in zone A.
Cons -
- There was a slight musty smell coming from the a/c unit. Not overpowering, but definitely noticeable.
- AC not working properly, elevator out of service, front desk line disconnected and nobody around to order room service or evan downstairs
- Power went out for over 36 hrs and renowned hotel name?-Courtyard Marriott had NO GENERATOR and people had to roast in their rooms. Plus the only mode of changing floors was to walk up or down stairwell. THERE WERE NO BATTERY OPERATED LIGHTS !
