Lakeshore Resort and Marina

Dirty, fire alarm hand by wires, tub had no stopper, remote did not work on tv, refrigerator did not work.

It is a good price for the value and close to easy accsss for fishing guides very close direct lake acccess. It is a preferred hotel for all the tournament fisherman for the many tournaments held on lake O

the carpet and flooring are tired and clean but should be redone some off season. Needs a larger breakfast area maye an extended area out front or tables in the lobby.

Location along the water parallel to the levee around lake Okeechobee offering close view of alligators and birdlife and beautiful sunsets. Perfect for a low budget experience.

The staff was the only thing that was right about this hotel, very pleasant and helpful.

Besides the water pressure in the shower, it was all bad. Stained sheets, stained floors, everything in the room was outdated, no USB plug for the phone. The A/C wasn?t working right and the hallways stank of fish. Horrible experience, way overpriced.

The hotel looked a little shabby from the outside. But, the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This hotel has charged me 2 $150 deposits for no reason. After being charged the first one I went to the front desk and asked for the room to be looked at before I left and the lady at the front desk refused to look at the room and again charged me a $150

The hotel charged me $150 claiming there was pee on the bed and there was not any pee on the bed and the hotel staff was very rude and unprofessional. The room was so dirty if you walked across the floor barefooted your feet was black.

I felt that the staff does the best they can to accommodate their guests. The breakfast was very good, clean and enjoyable.

The floor in our room was disgusting filthy. The night lighting outside the rooms did not exist.

TV DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND WHEN MOTEL STAFF WAS NOTIFIED THEY DID NOTHING TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM, HOT WATER WAS NOT ADEQUATE!! The lamps were missing light bulbs

There was no hairdryer in the room. Had to go next door to dry hair. Toilet leaked and I almost slipped and fell.

Location was good. Parking was good.

So the smoke alarm was chirping had to change a battery. The table between the beds was missing completely. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was broke and really loud high pitch sound. The shower head was broke off the wall. Carpet on stairs dirty.

The bedding, bathroom and floors were clean.

The property is dated and the maintenance is lacking

lake view does not exist. Very run down. My keys did not work. My room was never cleaned. Front desk was indifferent at best. Signage was terrible. restaurant on the canal was closed. This place is a dump!

The pool was amazing but it closed too early.

The stairwell to the second floor smelled like pot. The breakfast says until 9am but no microwave to heat up muffins and no hot food at 8:30.

The microwave in the room was dirty. the hallway smelled like marijuana. very weak continental coffee for the price I paid. the room was smelling musty.

This hotel is in a great area. The room was clean the staff was engaging However, the breakfast spread was Dull !

The food on the breakfast bar was not very good seemed like it was old

The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Overall, the experience was quite awful. I booked 8 rooms for my team and I to stay here for a couple of nights. One of them had vomit and pee all over the toilet, the place was moldy, someone tried to get in my room in the middle of the night. 0 stars.

Staff was understanding and supportive when I had to cancel

Was put in a pet friendly room bc I have a service dog. Room smelled like wet dog, and floor was sticky. No opportunity to switch rooms or have the room cleaned. Room needed updated

Hotel is severely outdated, front door was rusted and need to be replaced, room floors were dirty, bathroom shower look old and shower head was made for midgets. I¿m only 5,10 and had to literally squat down to shower. Buildings definitely need some reno.

I've stayed here several times and each time it has met my expectations. The room is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was just as it was advertised.
