The location was superior right near the bay and walking to restaurants

The water pressure in the shower was so low it was like taking a cmp shower! An old building I get, but you'd expect some of the mechanicals to be better. The AC Unit in the room was also loud so though the room was OK there are things they need to do her

The check in staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was great with ample outlets and ports. Breakfast was generous and varied.

We loved it.

Clean facility and friendly & helpful staff, especially hotel employee who checked us in upon arrival.

Parking was a bit tight.

Staff were very rude! It only made a trip to Florida for a funeral and getting Covid worse

Desk clerk was very helpful when we checked in. Nice touch to offer bottles of water and a choice of snacks upon check in. Nice breakfast too.

Hotel looks brand new. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

I love Hampton Inns they are very uniformly linked with the same quality of service , hospitality and cleniness.

Yes, Hiway noise Road unable to get a good night sleep as well as I was located on the last floor and everytime a door from other rooms were shut the building envelope would cause the the walls to shake and the noise of doors closing was also a problem.

The location was great because of the area had alot of business around.

The breakfast is terrible the eggs were fake and nasty, they ran out juices , it was more lie going for a snack.

Refund for my money or a complimentary future stay at different location. I was in Florida attending my brother¿s funeral. I paid for, a good night sleep and got No Sleep. Sheer curtain, Room in front of very bright light post.Mold in shower ceiling

Our room was clean and nice. All the employees were very nice.

TV was so small! For the price point, we expect a bigger tv. Breakfast was okay but not great.

Easy check in. Low security deposit. No special requirements for checking in once I arrived. Quick easy friendly service. Peaceful clean hotel next to a host of restaurants and stores. Couldn't ask for a better location

Was told when I checked in that room service as for cleaning was not done everyday. To ask for cleaning when I wanted room cleaned. I believe room should be cleaned daily. At lease carpet vacuum an trash empty.

The staff was very friendly. Quiet place, great for rest.

Just one of the beds, I believe needs a replacement soon. Still usable but, when I compared it with the other bed in the room, I felt the difference. Not know if they are different types of mattresses or so. But one was more firm than the other.

first morning waffle maker broke and I had to leave a day early because I had an emergency back home in NY and I was told I could not get the money back for the night I wasn't going to be there.

My room was on the 4th floor, being by interstate 75 the traffic sounds were easily heard.

I was pleasantly surprised by this stay, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The best room I have stayed at in a very long time. Clean and very comfortable, with good lighting choices. A refrigerator and microwave. Free breakfast. I loved it.
