Best Western Ocala Park Centre I-75

Extremely good value for the money. Hotel was in a great location, very clean, friendly staff – excellent all the way around. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating ( this includes all housekeeping, maintanance, and front desk staff). The manager is very good at her job. . This is always the case with every stay. Any problems are taken care of right away.

Room cleanliness, space, hotel amenities, great staff. These are consistent with every stay.

Stayed here a few times over the past few months and it is consistent every time. The room is clean, the breakfast is solid, and overall just good for the price.

Was there 4 days and never recieved room service. Had to go to counter to beg for towels and toilet paper.

Conveniently located near interstate 75 which I could not hear at all when inside the hotel. My room was quiet, clean and pleasant. Front desk staff was polite & helpful. Daily breakfast buffet was excellent with eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt etc etc

Reasonably priced, great location, clean and a very good complementary breakfast. In addition, I was unaware that I lost a document in the parking lot. I received a call from Tina informing me that my document was at the front desk for pick-up.

Staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and comfortable, I like the style of the room. had an offering of breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.

Not the firmest mattress but they are quite firm. They can't control the traffic but you can hear quite a bit even at night.

As always, I appreciate the staff (all). I always find the room is clean and well equiped.

Buffet breakfast could use more variety.

The staff was great and personable. The food was excellent! Our room was comfortable.

Our shower was not cleaned previously. Found multiple dark, long hairs in the shower tub.

Fire pit, breakfast was wonderful, bed comfortable and hotel clean. Pool and hot tub very nice.

All was good. Musty smell on 3rd floor and room but all acceptable. No bugs.

The staff. Very helpful and professional. Room very clean.

Suggestion: Wafflemaker would be nice to add to the breakfast buffet as well as shredded cheese-for more variety.
