It’s a new style of hotel with a modern twist and the price was affordable

I did not like the fact that it lacked amenities such as a laundry room and a pool and the customer service was pretty bad

AC on the first night tad noisy!

Hotel staff and cleanliness of the hotel interior and exterior. Our room was clean minus a little mold in the corner of our shower.

The hotel is very noisy. The hotel isn’t very sound proof. I listened to vehicles driving by the hotel all night and could hear people walking around in the room in the floor above mine.

24 hrs hot chocolate, tea and coffee station. Super comfortable beds. The lobby is nice and the rooms are clean.

The walls and ceiling are super thin and I was awoken many times by people running up the hall.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly

Hotel is right next to an overpass that cars constantly speed loudly across. Expect loud noise day and night

The hotel is clean. The room cleaner was very kind to me..

The front desk person who checked me in was not a happy individual.. it seems like the front desk area down there is a cauldron of misery for some reason.. the room cleaners are the opposite..

This hotel was one of the cleanest, and most comfortable places I have ever stayed.

Not a major criticism, but the noise from the nearby highway was a bit loud, however, if you need quiet ? you can request a room at the back of the property. I am sure. It didn?t negate the quality of the room.

Modern design, everything was very clean. Great value for the price. I would definitely come back.

I wasn?t treated bad, but the person at the counter could have been a bit more friendly.

Breakfast was very fresh, and best of all there were chocolate muffins! Having coffee available 24/7 was a big bonus too.

The staff did not greet us when we arrived, and when we were leaving they were dismissive. On arrival the staff member who handled our reservation had strong body odor. problem guests above us, dangerous parking lot situation.

The gentleman in charge of the breakfast area was very polite and helpful.

The floors in the room were extremely dirty. My wife had on white socks that were black on the bottom after wear in the room.

New towels and sheets, and well appointed with Dove cleaning products in the bathroom. Nice breakfast too.

The front desk staff, nasty attitudes. They cater to IHG members with gift bags and communicate so respectful to them. Non IHG members can just leave. I feel that everybody money help pay salaries and maintain the hotel.

It's a newer hotel.. It has a gym

The general manager is not very people friendly.. she's the only reason why I would not rebook here..
