Front desk personnel is outstanding

Room was not 100% cleaned. There was a big that was killed but not cleaned iof of the wall, tv screens was dirty. Bathroom walls were filthy and the outside of the toilet bowl had poop stains

The noise from the highway was disturbing. As soon as we walked into the room we killed a black spider. At 4:45 AM my sister got up to go to the bathroom. She killed her 7th and 8th black spider. We left immediately. Didn't use day 2.

When we left at 4:45 AM there was no one in the lobby. It was locked up. Had to return later in the day to complete the check-out. Had breakfast at Denny's on SR 40.

The window shade was broken and I couldn’t close it. At 6:30 AM, a man was looking into my room through the window because the shade was not down as it was broken.

Heated pool

Mold in bathroom, hair on the floor

There was roaches in the dresser. Homeless people sleeping under the stairs by our room. Woke up to a truck being broke into with blood all over the ground and by vehicles. Very unsafe place will never stay there again.

Nothing, I checked out soon after checking in

Hotel was still being renovated. Paint smell gave me a headache. Head board was peeling. loose wiring in light switches. phone did not work I haven’t heard from customer service about the refund request that was initiated shortly after I checked in

The pool, the staff, the people I met.

The room was disgustingThere was a leftover food container in the fridge that leaked all over and stunk up the whole room.If staff could overlook that in this room I wasn't going to bother trying to switch to another room.WholeRmGross

The breakfast area staff were very nice and friendly. Before they just pulled everything away they would ask everyone if they wanted anything else. That was super thoughtful!

This is absolutely NOT a 3 star hotel, it’s a motel. Outdated & not clean: built up dust, hair in the shower drain, non-draining bathroom sink, dirt along the edges of the wall, etc. The rooms have no coffee maker, iron, or ironing board. Disappointed!

This is not a 3-Star hotel. When I entered the room, it was not clean and had a stench that smelled like marihuana smoke mixed with cat urine. I could not stay here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Roaches, bugs, worn out furniture, dog (I think) hairs on the bed, terrible smelling rooms.

Ac didn’t keep room cool, highway nises

The room was with the toilets not being clean.The sinks not being clean.The floors were dirty with trash hidden between the nightstand and the bed

That there is a pool/Jacuzzi, Microwave and fridge in all the rooms

The staff was very friendly.

The sheets on both beds had dirty spots which I had to clean off with a wet wipe. Even though there were no smoking signs everywhere, guests were smoking right outside rooms and the smell of Marijuana was prevalent.

The staff was so courteous, from the housekeeper to maintenance to the front desk. 10/10. Breakfast was satisfying. I know it is hard to deliver such a quality meal in this economy, but they are still offering quality items. The pool was nice.

We are in agreement that the carpet in the room needed replacing. The rest of the room was nicely decorated. We had some recurring troubles with the key card getting deactivated.

The lighting in the room and outside walk in the rain to the front desk. At times there were no towels in the bathroom.

Roaches in room and people living there. A lot of cops daily

They had construction until 9:00 PM at night and told me it was planned. They did not warn me about it.

An immediate accessibility room since my husband just released from hospital due to auto accident

The staff where nice.

There was no trash can in the room.our room smelled of smoke and we had to be moved. The place was really runned down and the toilet broke.
