Hampton Inn & Suites Ocala

I've stayed at this hotel before, and it never disappoints! The staff is great and very helpful! Breakfast is topnotch, and overall very clean hotel. I'll stay here again for sure!

It is close to the highway, so you can hear the traffic, but it's muffled, and was not disruptive.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. By far the best hotel of my trip. Location of the hotel was convenient.

Friendly staff, clean room and cozy bed. Breakfast and coffee were good. Plenty of hot water, and air conditioner worked well.

The tub creaked a little while I showered and the water didn¿t drain very well, but I was thankful! (I¿m not very heavy.)

We had a delightful stay at this hotel. Everything was lovely, it's attractively decorated, extremely clean, and staffed with friendly people. While we are very simple breakfast people, there were many choices for those who like variety.

They charge too much for a mini dog 6lbs, 75$ plus deposit for just 1 night,

I booked through Booking com. The system booked me 2 rooms instead one in ERROR. I had pre paid through booking. When I checked in the hotel told me to contact Booking for a credit. Terrible customer service on Booking coms part. They blame Hampton. Hampton says everything has to be done through Booking.com. Booking refuse to give me a credit for one room that I did not book, nor use. Frustrating to say the least. I will be booking all my rooms directly with hotels from now on.

Disappointing

Breakfast was consist of watery eggs. No other meat biscuit gravy. They said they did not put any meat out because the meat was already in the gravy

Clean. Convenient to where I needed to go

The placement of the bed in relation to the TV was awkward. The air conditioning unit blew across the room and hit directly at the bed. The toilet was low.

It was clean, quiet and convenient

Bed mattress was not firm enough for me. Could hear other guests TV through the wall.

My stay at the inn was mostly positive. The room was very clean and well kept. However the bed was disappointing as the sheets didn’t seem freshly changed and the mattress was uncomfortably lumpy.
