ear plugs on the bedside table must be a common problem!! If you want a good night or just to sleep trust me go somewhere else !!!! Btw the noise was mostly from the hotel bar With the occasional loud motorcycle The hotel put ear plugs in the rooms btw

the parking i paid to check-in but if i left to go to the chruch i was visiting they said i had to pay each time i left the hotel and it should be a daily rate not pay every time you move your car an i was there 2 night so i did move my car till check out

There was no air conditioning the halls and you baked going down them. Also, the in-room A/C was poor as the bathroom never got any circulation.

Was in 3 different rooms while we were there. All had one issue or another. One elevator broke down. Were not allowed on the deck facing the square unless the bar was open. Saturday night they had a dj blaring the music so loud it overshadowed the loca

One employee named Desirea in the breakfast cafe area gave us excellent customer service.

Only One single SLOW elevator shared with cleaning staff and all guests on all floors was unacceptable the entire stay.

The location on Ocala downtown Square and the service. People were very nice.

When you see ear plugs on the bedside table we knew it would be so loud that you would need hearing protection. The windows were not double paned. We were on the N. side of bldg on Florida St.Rt. 40, which is a major truck route. The noise was deafening.

The noise level is stressful. Our music in lobby and bar area until 9 pm , could even hear it in our room! Also a very noisy air conditioner in the room.
