Breakfast was very helpful to have ready every morning.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was on 24/7 - why not just during the day? I was assigned a room on first floor when I checked in and asked for a different floor. They staff said they would check to see if another one was available on another floor as I was coded to have a hearing impaired room to which I said that is not necessary I am not hearing impaired. They checked and assigned me a room on the 4th floor. The next morning I asked why the fan was on non stop with no ability to turn it off and why the light on detectors in ceiling flash? She said that the fan is always on and didn't really know why and that the lights on the detectors flash because I was assigned a hearing impaired room (again). Ugh. I was already unpacked and had to get to my scheduled class so I didn't complain.

Very clean . Rooms are comfortable. Staff friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful with helping in the business area. Everyone very friendly. Location was great, we looked at RE in OTOW. Publix right next door, we were able to cook and the dishwasher was a nice surprise.

We like dogs, especially service dogs. We think that several rooms or floors should be kept pet free. There are persons that are allergic to pets and would have maybe choosen a different hotel. Overall clean.

The room was nice quiet and comfortable

The breakfast could had last longer 9 am as an ending time is a bit early for someone that’s on vacation.

Clean and comfortable room/bed. Very cozy feeling.

Did not enjoy hearing the dog in the next room barking.

The front desk staff, two gentleman who's names I failed to get, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

Nothing it was great

Everything was great but the rooms are bit small, if one travels with the family.We had a king bed and sofa sleeper. Luckily we only slept there as we were in town for a swimming championship thus we did not really hanging out inside the room.My daughter used downstairs area for her school work and it was fabulous!

Location and cleanliness were great, room was clean and comfortable, meet by friendly staff at desk , parking was adequate and plentiful , breakfast was well stocked and good. No complaaints , I would stay here again.

Breakfast was good, crowded but stands to reason it would be at 8:30 am. The lady keeping everything supplied did a good job. The gentleman that checked us in named Josh was really good helping us. I had goofed up our reservation but he found it and got us settled in quick order. That is the 3rd time we have stayed there and every time they have a maintenance man that goes out of his way to make sure everything is good.

Can't think of a single thing, unless I could have the breakfast seating all to myself....uh-huh sure that's going to happen in my perfect world.
