The desk helpers, made us feel welcome and at home. She went above and beyond to answer any questions. Hotel: On beach View Backed up to shops and restaurants Beach bikes to use! Great complementary coffee in lobby on way to beach.

The location and our terrace, table and chairs were lovely. Great view.

If you’re a light sleeper you may want to look elsewhere. The bar behind the hotel is open til 2am and the air conditioning has seen better days.

Easy access to everything, from the beach to dining and entertainment. Everything was convenient.

The floors seemed a little sandy/Dusty. There was a l loss of water pressure in the morning while taking showers.

Great location! Conveniently located with surrounding restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. EASY access to the beach!!! The hotel's bar and restaurant is right next to the pool. The staff was super accommodating and helpful.

Parking can be difficult. There are a number of dedicated hotel parking slots available. However, overflow parking for the hotel is shared with a paid-parking lot on hotel property. The hotel sells beach parking to the public for $25 a day.

Location. This is right on the ocean, second floor has ocean views. First floor does not due to sand dune.

I had a late afternoon flight and asked if I could have a late check-out, clerk was not friendly about the request, not accommodating and also declined even waiting at the pool or courtyard to do some work on my computer while I waited, areas were emply.

The staff at the front desk ( check in/out) extremely pleasant and helpful. Honestly, it doesn't look like much from the outside but the room was spacious and clean. View of the pool lit up at night was nice and the ocean breeze was AMAZING

I wanted more of an ocean view.Had to peek through the palm trees and pool to catch a glimpse. The next time I will just request a room not directly in front of the pool. Breakfast would have been a bonus but lots of restaurants in walking distance

This location is excellent, right along g the beach, and among many good restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, and bathroom had plenty of room. Very dog friendly, with their own little park and waste disposal area, and outdoor shower, right by entrance to the beach.

It was difficult to reach someone at the front desk. Many times I called and no one answered. Also, working the tv was complicated and it seemed I needed to log into one of my own streaming accounts. Tried to call for help, but no answer. The next day they sent a tech, but it was still tricky. Parking is very tight, and would hope for more space if you have to pay $20/day.

The location is good. That's about it.

There was no breakfast. The place is old, and it looks it. The doors to the room lack seals, meaning all manner of critters can enter the room, and they do. The rooms have been updated, but barely. The water pressure is mediocre at best. They don't allow smoking anywhere, which us a bummer for those that like a cigar with their whiskey. The pool towels always seem to be empty as well.

Did not have breakfast. We have been staying at the Seahorse since 2000. Our honeymoon , we stayed here. I also come from santa Rosa Beach once a month for the Art Market on the 3rd Thursday. Please keep this fabulous place and please keep it reasonable rates.

Room was close to the pool, very nice. Arrived early but staff jumped through hoops to get us in the room - they went above and beyond to help.

Gate access to the ocean does not work, why? This could be a security issue. Also Lemon Bar decided it was too hot to service drinks for us by the pool!

I liked the retro style of the architecture. It was like Florida from the 1960s.

The outside stairs were difficult. I had to walk down sideways.

Both ice machines were out of service until the last day of my trip. Could still get ice at the bar,but if they were busy, it would take a few minutes.
