Pros +
- Location is excellent. Right on the bay and the trolley bus stops right outside. Tin City just a couple of minutes walk away.
- room was pleasant with a nice view.
- Reasonable location about 1 mile from the shops and restaurants of 5th Avenue. Next to a beautiful part of the bay. Very helpful staff and friendly in the main. Fitness room adequate.
Cons -
- Room was not ready at 3.30. We were told we would get a phone call when it was. That call never happened.
- So close to the airport - on the flight path for the executive jets from Naples airport. Room was a bit grubby and one of our two rooms was not available for 90 mins. No shower gel in room, had to ask. Not replenished on day 2.
- disappointed in the available coffee in the lobby.......would prefer to have some type of breakfast provided with the room
