- There is free parking. But some patrons with big truck cannot fit properly and take up more than one space. There are a couple of public parking spaces out front on the street and would fit large vehicles. There isn't staff at the facility.
- This is a small thing to note, but the plumbing and AC at this historic inn are a bit noisy. You can hear other people¿s use of these things through the walls at night. This was not a big deal to us, and we can¿t wait to come back!

No lobby, no staff to assist you. Room was very, very small. Not worth what we paid. We checked out 2 nights early. I would like a refund.
It was very quiet and room was a good size
the room wouldve been nice if it was clean but seems like nobody has been in there for months. Dust on the beds and furniture and floors were so dirty my socks were black and the sheets were stained. Would not stay here again
The location of this hotel is outstanding right on Donnelly Street, maybe three blocks from downtown. The bedroom is a little small but bed is great, kitchen is a full size sitting area is nice size over looks Donelly tv is very small but we did not go tv
Cozy and quiet
Outdoor lighting not good. Motion lights don't work. Should be dusk to dawn
it's quaintness and it's proximity to downtown Mt. Dora
