Good variety with breakfast. Hotel is close to the airport. Facilities were very clean and house keeping was done daily. Rooms are nice and spacious

The pool could have been heated.

It was good for an overnight stay. It was part of a cluster of the hotel brand. There's a plaza across the street thus not the normal airport hotel with nothing else nearby. Good location and good shuttle service. The driver was very patient and friendly.

The breakfast was great. 4 hot items, fresh fruit, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, etc. Breakfast area was kept clean and attendants were very nice. Front desk person (a young man) was very friendly and helpful at check in. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not. The bedspread and drapes were a bit worn. There were fullsize kitchen and separate living room areas in the room but we weren't there long enough to use them. Overall though a nice room.

There was no room service. I couldn't get food when I arrived and had they had told me that AND exactly how long the shuttle would have been instead of "it's on its way and will be with you in a few minutes", I would have eaten at the airport. Being told a few minutes when in fact it took over 30 is NOT okay. The shower gel was empty (or broken?) in my room. Breakfast was very limited and I didn't like that they refused to provide a takeaway option given I'd paid for breakfast to be included with my room.

The hotel is very nice. The front desk Cristian is very nice to customers. He is so patient for our request on changing rooms and extending booking, etc.. Very appreciated!

The staff is nice and polite. The food buffet offered in the morning and the evening that they provide is a nice gesture too. The staff were very kind and friendly, helped me with eating choices. They offer a full kitchen as well.

I don’t like that the staff gave me a room with a king bed when I booked a room with 2 queen beds. I found a pair of dirty underwear in the room and some kind of pills on the floor. I notified the cleaning staff and she was very apologetic but it doesn’t negate that she didn’t take the time to clean yo room properly.

I enjoyed everything about this place. The staff was fantastic. Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was amazing, and there was even light dinner and happy hour. The rooms were comfortable and clean and very quiet. And the best part was being able to use the amenities at the other three hotels in the same lot.If I come back to Miami, I will definitely want to come here.

The facilities were really good. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice little snack bar at the front desk for you to purchase treats to eat. Also, the hotel shuttle was such a plus, and it made it easy to get a ride to and from the airport and hotel. This is a really nice place if you are looking for a hotel to stay at in Miami.
