Absolutely stunning hotel, room was awesome, bed was very comfortable and clean. However, I got the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had because there is a restaurant that turns into a club beneath the hotel that BLASTS music until midnight during the week and 2am on the weekends. I was on the 4th floor and the music was quite literally inside my room. I had to sleep with headphones on, and take 3 sleeping pills to even drown out the non stop EDM Latin based music it was absolutely a nightmare. I love the hotel however I do NOT recommend staying here if you’re on business.

Perfect location for our stay

Location is great! The attention of the staff was very good since there were some inconveniences

Upon check-in, they didn't register that the payment had already been made when booking through Booking.com, so they charged me twice, but they fixed it in the following days. The shower and sink faucets were designed to make the entire bathroom wet. During the night, the noise of cars outside and the closing of doors in neighboring rooms could be heard, which interrupted my sleep, and the overall design of the room seemed more like a romantic motel than a family hotel. Despite the above, the service of the staff was always outstanding.

Friendly staff, warm welcome, very clean… rooms perfect with very high standards.

my top complaint would be I noticed many ejaculate stains on the bedding, that was gross. Then there were tiny annoyances like the refrigerator was packed so full it didn’t cool well. The television remote wouldn’t work, I had it switched out. next remote didn’t work, switched out. third remote turned on the TV but when I tried to change the channel, I realized that didn’t work. finally just gave up. my fault I didn’t check. There is a club inside the hotel, I went, it’s badass! but when you’re trying to sleep it’s incredibly annoying!! constant bass until 2am or so. I’d probably stay here again but i’d insist on a higher floor and I’d take a black light with me ?
