- Big room and balcony
- Your app promotes that the hotel is paid upfront and then the guest has to pay at the desk. Makes no sense and very problematic.
- The room design and amenities hotel employee at front desk
Cons -
- Elevator on 7 floor stopped working at 10pm and we had to go down 7 floors in stairs called front desk to get compensated because of the inconvenience and person on the phone had an attitude and didn¿t compensate us with anything. Valet was horrible too.
- The hotel occupies the bottom 6 floors of a residential building. They share a pool. The pool experience is not geared toward hotel guests with no food or beverages and a long wait for towels.
