- Very nice hotel with a grand lobby, large rooms, a balcony (+AC still works with balcony doors open), and a beautiful marble bathroom.

- The only thing we did not like was all the spray fragrance in the hallways, and there was also an electric-powered fragrance wall unit (up high near the ceiling) inside our room that we could not shut off. We do not understand the need for all this.
- Internet was not free
- Very disappointing. Hotel was ghost town (though stayed midweek in January, but rest of town was hopping.) Limited amenities. This is a hotel/residence complex. Felt like a museum. For a five star hotel I would expect turn down service, and daily change o
