Room was very spacious and comfortable.
We were given a room with no views. It was sad. We were looking at a high rise parking lot.

The location and accommodation were excellent! The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! The room was clean and exactly what I needed for my family of 5.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is well situated located near shops and metroStaff were courteous
The breakfast wasn't really continental and limited choice staff were not really around to ask questions. The toaster had a mind of it's own it kept on burning my toast on the 3rd attempt of adjusting it I gave up. The saving grace was the waffles my grand children enjoyed those.Only had one shuttle service to one cruise port which was MiamiI was in a room with a sofa bed no one asked if we would require the sofa bed to be made up( my grandson did this himself) or extra towels/sheets as there was 5 of us in the room

We liked the room. The staff was good. The location was good, very close, walking distance, from Metrorail and metromover. Easy access to Uber. Very close from Brickell City Center.
What I did not like too much was breakfast just because there were no Gluten free options. I couldn't it eat anything, just coffee :-(

It's a good hotel. Our room had a lot of space. There was a kitchen with a big refrigerator and a sofa with tables and chairs in addition to the bed. There was a gym, but it was small. Breakfast was fine.
Check-in was from 3 pm. We flew in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 11 am. The young man at the front desk said that he could not check us in earlier and we could come in 1-2 hours. We went to explore the area and returned at one o'clock in the afternoon. The same person at the front desk said he could check us in now, but we had to pay $25 for it. We didn't like it. Firstly, we were faced with a surcharge for early check-in for the first time, and secondly, this young man could have immediately warned about the surcharge when he said that he could check us in in a couple of hours so that we would not waste time traveling back and forth from the hotel before our check-in, and we could spend it more rationally and pleasantly.

Additional valet parking charges was a surprise and contacting Bookings.com for the same.

Spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
Pool was cloudy and looked very unsanitary. Hot water didn't work in the shower in room 320.
