- Location was great. Very close to the Miami ports
- Location to the marketplace.

- The outdated fixtures, the musty smell
- It?s gross. Outdated. The lobby was bathroom disgusting. Outlets by bed didn?t work. The fridge was sitting on the floor that was all scratched up. Felt like that?s what you would see in a dorm room. The floor is uneven into the bathroom.
