Out side area, pool etc, a great place to spend time between check out and time to go to airport for flight. Room and beds very comfortable.
Food in bar area was a bit expensive but only to be expected in a hotel.

Very comfortable hotel close to the airport with a handy complimentary shuttle bus. Stayed one night prior to move up to Orlando. Friendly and helpful staff.

Clean and great location
Shuttle from airport took a while and it was hard to connect to someone on the phone from the hotel

Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was attentive.
Obviously dated with an old carpet, small holes in the blackout curtains and the tub appeared dingy even though it was clean. The showerhead was old but the water pressure was good

Customer service from the front desk. It seemed every time I asked a question I was bothering them. Also nobody answers the phone when I called down to the front desk or guest services. Communication was sometimes difficult when trying to ask questions, English is not the first language.
