Pros +
- The staff made sure my stay was exceptional.
- The friendly attentive staff.
- The artistic fountain at the pool.
Cons -
- The microwave should be moved or one added to the lobby vending area. Also the ice machine is in need of deep cleaning.
- This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Restaurant was not "open", but more like open seating in a lobby. Small TV with NO local channels, not even weather. $32 pp for a buffet breakfast is insane.
- The hotel appeared modern but was worn out. Issues included dirty cups, no heat (only A/C), it was dirty, the bathroom flooded overnight, and it had a lightweight cheap mattress. Despite friendly staff, it doesn't meet 4-star standards and is overpriced.
