- The staff was great.
Cons -
- no shuttle
- Yes, the door on the rear was locked, the key did not work, I had to walk from the rear of the hotel all the way to the front at night time. When asked they told me the keys were not working, that it was broken, I did not believe that story.
- The transportation from the hotel to the airport took additional money for pick-up from the boat in advance that was included. We had to pay for a taxi to get from the boat. I will NEVER use the hotel transportation services if I stay there again.
