The room was clean
The room was clean but it didn’t has water and tea. There was only coffee but we couldn’t consume coffee. The room was cold. It has awful breakfast. Options are limited and we stayed 3 days and all this 3 days only ate the same things, egg, ham and potatoes. But I would like to mention that there are people who don’t eat bacon and there wasn’t any replacement.

The breakfast was good. The rooms were clean, well kept, and everything was in working order. The staff was very nice. The pool was nice. It was close to the port (about 15 min) so we could jump on our cruise timely. I could also walk to the beach in under 15 min.
Parking. They charged me 22 bucks and I didn’t have a parking space I had to pay to park on the street. Very inconvenient. I paid over 400 for a room then get charged for parking? Won’t come back because of that. Hot tub not very good. Bubbles barely there.

Good location in nice residential area. 1km to marina with walking trails and a Target close by. Also loved the small touches such as coffee available throughout the day, as well as late afternoon cookies. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a full day of exploring Miami. Hot breakfast was great!

Receptionists were really helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and they kindly got us into a room. Good mid range hotel, decent price in an expensive area. Clean and room was decent.Help yourself to coffee in lobby.
Gym would struggle to accommodate a 3rd person. Breakfast very basic.
