The front desk personal an older women Very rude i arrived and was on the phone with idk who and didnt pay no mind To me i waited 5 minutes and nothing The fact she didnt put the phone down and attend your guest is insane and disrespectful I left came back and had a smoked room and went down and they changed it ill give credit on that but they need to hire better staff Im a front desk personal my self i always serve the guest infront me first Then the person of the phone , Thats why you place them on hold Not the person infront of you The Front desk personal Is always the first person to give an impression and This wasnt a Good one , then i asked her is all good with my payment , i nicely asked and she like sir please step away i told you ima tell you later , and never told me anything

Check in/out was easy, Staff was friendly. Location is good. Breakfast was good.

No coffee at the check in desk, had to go through the dining area to get coffee. Ice machine was broken. Nothing to hold onto while lowering to the toilet, which would explain why the towel rack was loose. The reach to get toilet paper is about 3 feet. The shower control was broken and actually reversed so hot cold was opposite.

Really great location. Staff was incredibly friendly. Lots of breakfast options.

Rooms are a bit outdated but it’s not a problem.

we hadbooked for Holiday Inn but the day we checked in the staff mentioned the rooms are all booked and they shifted us next door to their other property Staybridge where in the bed was so small that I had to sleep on the sofa for 3 nights...this despite booking and reserving holiday inn a month ago

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all my needs were met. The hotel itself was well-maintained and comfortable, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation.The location was also perfect—within walking distance of a bank, several restaurants, and stores, making it very convenient. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice and staff as well, but I booked a double bed room and they only provided a 1 bed + sofa since the hotel was “overbooked” for double bed rooms.

From reception to the bartender to housekeeping - staff was exceptional. Clean property, as a single female traveler on business I feel safe. I’ve stayed at other hotels around the Doral area and have had less than pleasant experiences however I will stay here again! It was fantastic in every way!
