- Yes. I found that the bed was not comfortable. The right side of the mattress was lower than the left side.
- The Hotel floors are very dirty, our feet were so black
- Rude staff,very disappointing start to my burying my grandparents. Staff not very understanding not willing to work with me on my arrangements I made previously to arriving.
