Located within a 10 minutes' drive of the Miami International Airport, SpringHill Suites by Marriott Miami Airport South Blue Lagoon Area offers a free airport transfer service and a transfer service within 2 mi of the hotel. Pros +
- The hotel was dirty and rundown!
- The staff was very nice and accommodating.
- Lake outside of back patio. Friendly staff. Especially front desk and bar tender.
Cons -
- The elevator is painfully slow. A couple got stuck in the elevator while we stayed. The hotel didn?t want to call 911 to rescue them. It didn?t feel like an isolated incident. The rooms and hotel in general are absolutely not Marriot quality.
- Paying for parking is kind of ridiculous when I'm already paying to stay there.
- Took 45 minutes for shuttle pickup for a 8:30pm arrival flight. Worth the wait vs a $27 Uber ride though.
