This hotel is very clean, the bed is comfortable, all the complementary stuff in the bathroom are great and smell so good (gel shower, shampoo, body moisturizer, etc) . The location is perfect. The staff are very kind

The place is very well located. Close to many things and close to the airport. The area is very calm and quiet, which was exactly what we wanted. The room we stayed was a room with kitchen, that came very in handy to what we needed.

We didn't have breakfast, because we slept late every day we stayed, and breakfast would finish very early for us to be able to be there. I think it would be very nice if the breakfast was a little longer. Perhaps an extra hour would have been just right for us. But this doesn't mean we won't stay there again.Also, only one of the employees we dealt with was pleasant. The other ones were a little hard to deal because they always gave the impression that we were bothering them. So, I will leave this to whoever stays there to make their own conclusions.

Nice environment overall. Room was very clean and spacious. I especially liked the round the clock coffee station. Staff were friendly and informative. Special mention to Sean who checked us in.

Prime location, close to restaurants and shopping. Room was nice, comfortable, clean and roomy. Lots of extra towels for use. The breakfast buffet was excellent with varied selections.

Location excellent , near to outlet area, shoping 5 min distance to Dolphin Mall . Very friendly staff. Quiet , comfy beds. Coffee /Tea station available 24hrs. Taste better than Starbucks, appears to be premium coffee, a variety of teas, and hot chocolates. I will definitely be back , I would definitely recommend 8/10

While I speak English , French, and a little Spanish. I suggest that ALL staff be able to communicate the basics in English. As a Hilton Brand Hotel , English should be standard. Also, while the breakfast was very very limited in variety , it should be taken into consideration Labels as to what each items are as well as have a little more Vegan/meat free options and keep it away from the suggages and eggs.

The air conditioning from the room was making a lot of noise very old air conditioning , and the Tv from the room # 310 didn’t work , I never call costumer service because out side in the living room there was another TV

Great hotel. Suite was spacious with plenty of room in the living area, nice kitchen and bedroom.

I liked the location and is very decent. I liked the facilities and the size of the room are very spacious. The breakfast, i love the variety of the breakfast and the dining tables.

What i didn't like are the pillows. The pillows are very uncomfortable, i had neck pain and couldn't sleep very well with those pillows. You guys need to replace them with something more luxurious and valuable because they seem to be very cheap.
