Hampton Inn & Suites West Melbourne-Palm Bay Road

I've stayed at this hotel at least 4 times now and it is amazing every time. The coffee and breakfast is excellent, staff are super friendly. My favorite out of all the Hampton Inns (several) I've stayed at across Florida.

Price could be cheaper. Hampton Inns are a bit pricey.

Very high pet rate 75.00 usually pay about 30.00. The rum rate was only---- for 2 adults

That it was quiet for the most part

Bad pool hours —close too early! Hardly any staff visible.

No overhead or bright lights in thd room. Had to walk all over the HP room for lights. I had missed dinner and would have liked a broader selection tion at the shop.

Convenient, clean, pet friendly

There really wasn't an area to walk my dog. We walked in landscaping. The designated area was not clean, on a slope, and very small.

the front desk was fantastic. He provider restaurant list. We were having problems with the TV, and he went way out of his way to find what the issue was. He offered to move us to another room. The Cleaning crew were very friendly and courteous.

I liked everything. The room was clean and comfortable. The comp breakfast was relatively good. I didn't need the staff for anything, but I'm sure they would have been helpful.

We liked everything about this hotel. Staff, rooms, cleanliness everything was great. Location was even exceptional. Close to restaurants and shopping. Even the drive from I-95 was 3 blocks away

Nothing not to like

The front Desk Dayshift women with black hair and a nose ring was not my favorite. We had a problem with the bathroom floor with real bad chemical odor and cause a issue with my wifes breathing, she argue back with us and was not helpful at ALL.

It was quiet, clean and staff was friendly.

The upholstery/air spray that was used was very overpowering. Ended up with a migraine.

I only stayed 1 night and didn't interact with much of the staff but those at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean the bed was comfortable and the bedroom was emaculate. I will be back again soon.

Very clean, modern and functional room with microwave and a fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful in giving us directions. The hot breakfast was delightful.

This was a great hotel. We loved the layout of our room. It was extremely clean and the location was perfect! Alot of restaurants and shopping close by. The best Hampton Inn we have stayed at!
