Yes, This is my second visit to this particular hotel with the same experience upon arrival although hotel employee took care of the situated and accommodating my needs 2 months prior to my next visit to the hotel on May. 3 ,2026

Easy check in; room was clean; beds were comfortable and hot shower was able.

I did not like that the front desk counter was not open before 10:00 am and there was no drop box to leave your key card. There was homeless people and their dogs sleeping in their cars in the parking lot after 10:00 pm.

The girl at the counter was very nice and professional

Roaches, all night. 14 hr drive, to tired to leave. So bad we had to put our luggage back in our vehicle so as not to bring them home. Another room was offered but guaranteed those were in the same condition. Didnt expect the Wynn but roaches?

Location

Bugs everywhere even in my bed, luggage, side table, kitchen, bathroom, walls, and floors No toiletries or dishes

The location

The sheets in the bed was not properly made, they went not pressed(iron), like the sheets were not changed after the last tennent. Also the bath tube was not draining during a shower.

Large room

Bugs, dirty floor, low water pressure in toilet, loud neighbors

The shower was AMAZING and the bed was a good bed. Locations was right beside I-95 and very close to many things.

No front desk worker, dirty linen piled up in the hallway, a strange smell of food and body odor. We booked a double queen and they didn?t have it. Couch and chairs in room had been destroyed by an animal and were filthy. I could go on and on.

The staff

Lots of noise, hard to sleep (traffic, thin walls)

The air conditioning unit of the room I was initially given had fallen out of the wall. Went I went downstairs to ask about getting another room the guy on duty was not there and was outside taking a smoke break.

Leaving

Several things. First, the smell of marijuana was so pungent, I got a contact high. The guy at check-in was in a hoodie and jeans. I wasn't even sure he worked there. Someone was playing music extremely loudly until about 2 am. My toilet didn't work.

Worst hotel ever

I didn?t like anything anything the staff was bad the cleaning was horrible the hotel had a bad smell in the hallways. It was honestly horrible

The location

It smelled like cochise throughout the 4th 3rd and 2nd floor. I was also charged for a stay I was told had been canceled but I'd receive a refund I never received

Right off i95

Room was sticky and dirty. Window was filthy, floor was wet like humidity was present all the time. Poor cleaning, bathroom dirty, no hair dryer. Left before breakfast to go was offered

Leaving in the morning.

Room smelled like smoke. Would have been nice to have at least 1 ice machine. Turned the lights on in the morning to find about 8 roaches scurrying around on the counter.

The location was convenient for what I needed to do

The room was clean but it was in the ground floor and the blinds didn't close all the way so I didn't feel entirely safe. Plus, since there weren't curtains, the room wasn't dark because the lights from outside illuminated the room. It was also very noisy

Room was ok

Couldn't get in touch with anyone at the hotel after check in Strong smell of weed all throughout the hotel Yappy dog, pit bulls

The rooms were very nice

The WiFi sucked and the staff was very judgmental and rude and decided because of my sisters problems that I had to leave as well even though I had nothing to do with her personal problems

Only positive is the location right off the highway

Entire hotel smelled like mold/mildew. Even seeped into our clothes in our room. Beds were hard as a rock. Our microwave didn¿t work so couldn¿t heat our food we purchased. Walls were thin so you could hear everyone next to you.
