Good location, clean, good breakfast (Hamptons are very consistent on the breakfast), good staff.

Just the price could be a little cheaper I guess, no complaints about the service provided.

The rug and the air conditioner both need to be deep cleaned!!!! The breakfast had a nice variety but the eggs tasted like fish, very strange , maybe they were using old pan/ equipment to make them in.

Walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors and there was kids running up and down hallway till late.

Hotel was being remodeled and we were on the floor that work was being done on. We should have been told this prior to booking because we would have not stayed there due to that. Room had tiny bugs in it and we requested a room change, none available.

They were renovating part of the hotel but they still tried to keep things clean and nice. All workers were nice and tried to help make our experience better.

The drains in the bathroom were very slow, probably due to construction. This made the bathroom not look as clean.

Price is always a major factor in selecting a hotel. I think it is somewhat pricier for this type of hotel. I would expect to pay this price at a Hilton Sheraton or Marriott.

The bed blanket was warm and comfortable

The shower water pressure did not work. They said they fixed it but it wasn¿t fixed. I didn¿t want to have to move all of my stuff into a different room so i just stayed in it for my remaining nights.

Upper level comforts including Smell, clean elevator, hallways room, well maintained and attention to small details which some look at and appreciate. Comfortable bed and quiet air conditioner. Hotel hit on all points including a nice breakfast.

Yes the rear parking lot did not have an easy slopped entrance. Three people in my party we used the rolling valet cart. Needlessly to say it had to be off loaded and put back on due to the high step to get onto the sidewalk to enter the building.

It's hard to pick any one thing. The staff was very friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and our room was awesome. Location was excellent. Everything we needed was within minutes of us.

Strong smell of smoke in the room. I thought it was a non-smoking room but I should have asked to change rooms.

Comparing it to a Hampton Inn in Tampa that I stayed at the night before - this place was a RITZ Carlton! The girl at the front desk knew her stuff and was quick - even helped me with a HH member issue. Room was great - spacious and clean.

I loved the jacuzzi tub we had in the bathroom. The location of the hotel was also close to plenty of places to shop and eat.

I wish they would have allowed pets, but they only allow service animals.

Bathrooms need some real maintenance. First room the toilet leaked so they moved us and both shower doors were just barely hanging on.The tiles in the leaking BR were also popping everytime you stepped on them so this had been an issue for awhile. Maids a

Room 300 had a smell to it. Kept on sneezing in the room. Rating to high for the room. More like a 5 Star room.
