Huge room! Very clean! Loved the 24 hr. Coffee with flavored creamers! Employees were phenomenal!! Excessively friendly and helpful!

The fitness center had nice equipment but no one is wiping the equipment down and I¿m talking about the runners on the elliptical, the side of the treadmills etc. They¿re gross to stand on.

We stayed two nights and they only clean rooms every other day but we asked for a cleaning on Saturday directly and were assured but it did. It happen. Maybe it didn¿t meet the criteria

The room had a strong odor of bleach upon entering and hard flooring was somewhat sticky. There was sticky stain on the carpet next to bedside table.

The location was good and basically the room was very good. I did tell the desk clerk that there was a ceiling leak and that the patch was peeling off the ceiling and needed to be fixed before they re-rented the room. I was on the third floor #307

It was a nice and clean hotel.

The way the WiFi was set up,it did not work on all my devices. You have to pay extra for better WiFi. The walls are thin, you hear what is going on in other rooms.

Hotel employee at the front Desk was excellent. We had a small problem with our room and she did everything to make it great.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The location was less than one mile from our destination. The room was spacious, clean, and the area was very quiet. The continental breakfast offered a variety of foods, and the staff were very friendly.

I have no complaints.

Great experience at this hotel. All staff very friendly and there was always someone cleaning common areas. Felt safe in the area. Breakfast buffet had nice selection and never fell low on food. Traveled with small kids and it was just right.

When we arrived our hotel room was wrong they change our room and charged us double and changed the booking info that was originally agreed on overall horrible experience.

We loved everything about the hotel! The staff was friendly, with a very clean and updated, the rooms for spacious and the breakfast was a plus.

The hideaway bed in the couch wasn't very comfortable and we would have liked an indoor pool

Hotel staff kicked me out. Called 3 sheriffs on me and harassed me. And I have not received a refund. Your services are horrible. Considering reporting you to BBB and others. Had to drive 4 hours to home and arrived extremely tired at 2am

Staff was horrible and mean and biased and harassed me.

The breakfast was good, but no grits. We were very please with the hotel service, the room attended on the 2nd floor was very nice.

The wi-fi did not work for me, even after I had spoken we someone from the front desk.
