Townhouse Fort Walton Beach Hurlburt Field

The only thing I liked about this hotel was leaving it. Everything about it, everything you see online, is a lie.

The so-called swimming pool was about the size of a couple bathtubs maybe. Something like that. Also, the pool is destroyed. It is not open, there's no way to open it. It is destroyed. Apparently, bring your own towels as well.

Absolutely nothing. It was very nasty

Everything! The room was very dirty and smelly. Asked for another room and it was worse. I will never stay here again!

Roaches, mold in the microwave, pee stains on the sheets, carpet not swept, hair on the sink and tub, smudges on the mirrors, white crusty drips of something on the furniture, and staff who extremely rude and told me I could leave when I complained.

Leaving

Roach infested, marijuana outside our door, housekeepers don?t actually clean the rooms. This hotel is worse than a motel 6 and should be shut down. Absolutely not even acceptable accommodations for anyone.

Convenient location, basic continental breakfast included

Outdated but overall clean for the price. Shower was terrible...the shower head does not move and even with curtain closed got water all over the floor. Had to use the bath towels to mop it up.

Availability

Room had bad Musky smell, Phone did not work, and pillow linen had stains-Nasty.

The front desk staff

The hotel needs a major renovation from the front appearance to the smelly (mildew) carpet in the room. Just tear it down and start over. This is not a 3 star hotel.

It was gross, not kept up and not update. There was mold in the room,and the room was just falling apart.

Old with musty and moldy smell. They did move us to a different room however it too had that musty, mildew smell.

The hotel's location was very convenient in Fort Walton.

The room was very musty smelling and dark. The musty smell made my pregnant wife gag when she entered the room and she kept dry heaving for five minutes. The room also needed some renovations done, it many signs of wear and tear.

The price

They do not change sheets or give towels daily, on Friday morning they did not serve breakfast, their ice machine was out of ice for a day and a half and we stayed 3 days. They didn't want to clean the room

Location

Incredibly slow check in even though I provided all of my info online prior to actual check in. The room was not tidy and cockroaches were present in the room. The AC was very loud and did not function properly.

The rooms smelled of mildew, the AC didn¿t cool the room after the first night: the sofa was awful, looked dirty and had stains on it. My son woke up with bug bites on him. Definitely took away from the full enjoyment of our vacation.

I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel. We walked in the room and walked back out and left. No way we were staying in that mess!

Hotel was filthy and had bugs everywhere. There were bugs running up and down the walls. Stains on seating and carpeting. Not just small stains, large black stains. Mold on the bench in the room. Totally disgusting hotel!

It had cable.

The facility was filthy,breakfast was in very short supply, eating area was disgusting, pool was very small with little room to enjoy it. Staff was not very friendly, appliances in the room were dirty with food in them from previous guest.

The staff during our check in was friendly.

It was highlighted about HOT BREAKFAST, apart from waffle there wasn¿t anything hot and it was the worst breakfast as well. Will not recommend this one
