- One of the last mom and pop's left in Marathon. They keep the property very neat and clean. The price is reasonable for the area.
Cons -

- 1. THERE IS NO SWIMMING POOL. Guests have been reporting this for years but the owner continues to advertise a non-existent pool. 2. Mold growing on the walls in our room. 3. Smoke detector was missing. 4. Old worn out mattress & stained sheets.
- It's a little noisy being so close to US1, but it does quiet down a bit after 11pm
