I like every Spring Hill hotels I being staying compared to other hotel I did stay this one is a have my expectations

What I didn?t like is about the pool how I going to enjoy a hotel if the pool is close by sunset is not right when I stay at a hotel the pool is a place I enjoy and spend my time at the pool shoul be open for longer hours

Great location, new, very clean, nice size room, comfortable bed, complimentary breakfast, and other amenities.

We stayed two days and room haven't been cleaned next day. The garbage can was stinking with previous day food leftovers, and we had to ask for towels. No all day coffee in the lobby. We don't think that should be acceptable for this level of hotel.

Location and three front desk attendants!

Understaffed, smoking at the entrance of the hotel and the parking lot was constantly dirty...

Friendly helpful staff, clean hotel and quiet at night

The breakfast selections are terrible. Confusing service. No idea what food is available make a board or a menu telling guests what you have. The staff get irritated by getting asked what they have.

Very nice hotel stay.

It was clean and close to home. We were dealing with a roof falling through.

The racist front desk girl at 11pm being so rude to us and then being so nice to this black guy coming in asking for a room key and she never asked to see his ID and was so nice to him and then sooooooo pissy to me. The remote ,all 10 of them ,didn’t turn the tv so we had no tv the whole stay. The air wasn’t working it was hot. Told the girl but it didn’t matter. They sent me to a room …that someone was in!!!!!

The breakfast was great. It had a variety of hot and cold items and some healthy choices. Love the pet policy. My dog was able to stay at no extra charge.

We noticed in the morning we slept on dirty sheets with blood spots on them, dirty floors with dust balls and old socks from another family and little ventilation in the bathroom. My daughter blew dried her hair and the fan wasn't strong enought to ventilate the space.

The breakfast not good and things ran out frequently. It was better than nothing, but definitely not something you'll be sad about missing.

David the front desk guy was amazing, breakfast great. Bed comfortable.

I’ve requested a bedroom with a walking shower as I was traveling with my elderly mom. The bedroom was not the one offered. As we were set up and my mom was going to take a bath we found out there’s a bathtub. David got us a chair and a mat. That was ok, but it was so stressful thinking she may trip entering the tub. The sofa bed linens were smelling and the front desk lady got us new sheets. Anyways my daughter and granddaughter didn’t have a good night sleep, as it was lower on the side and they rolled over.

The property was central to where we wanted to be; it was clean and the breakfast was good.

The room was very clean and spacious, with a great layout for families. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything felt fresh and modern. The hotel was quiet at night, which made it easy to rest after a long day. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Honestly, we didn’t have any complaints. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.
