- Location compared to the convention center where our event was

- This hotel was conveniently located to the Lake Myrtle Sports Complex where we atttendeddaily baseball games. The travel was easily completed without major traffic tie-ups It was also very close to the beautiful downtown Lakeland area.
Cons -
- Only one elevator worked and was very slow. Was given late checkout but after the regular checkout time, our key didn?t work. We went to the front desk three times for them to fix it, and ended up getting the housekeeper to open our door.
- I?m not a fan of being charged for parking at a hotel. I expect free parking.
- The hot breakfast items were consistently lukewarm warm as they were presented in open frying pans on a heated surface. Previous Hyatt stays used covered serving pieces with individual warmers. Luke warm eggs are not enjoyable
